In recent years, the promoter of Rhizobium nodulation gene has been studiedincreasingly. It is well known that the promoter of rhizobia nodulation genes is in-duced by plant inducer flavonoid. The transcription of nodulation genes atdownstream begins, when the NodD protein is present. This kind of promoters isvery conservative in structure, always containing nod boxes.
