摘要
为提高铸坯质量,结合实际生产条件,对连铸中间罐内钢液流动现象进行了水模型研究,选定中间罐内设置围墙结构。在生产上进行系统试验表明,中间罐内设置围墙比现行工艺可明显提高铸坯清洁度。
In order to improve the quality of billets,the fluid flow phenomena in tundish were studied with a water model. On the basis of the practical production , the systematic experiments showed that the cleanliness of billets can be improved obviously by the dam erected in tundlsh.
