电炉与连铸机多炉连浇的匹配方式分析

Analysis of matching mode between EAF & CCM for multiple-ladle continuous casting

本文通过对天津钢管公司炼钢厂150t超高功率电弧炉与一台4流弧形圆坯连铸机进行多炉连浇之匹配方式的分析,认为LF炉是协调电炉与连铸机生产节奏,实现多炉连浇最重要的工序,并提出了改进的匹配方式、提高连浇水平的途径和措施。

By analysing matching mode between the multiple- ladle continuous casting for a four-strand conticas-ter and 150t super high power EAF at the Steel Making Plant of TPCO, this article have come to the conclusion that LF is a most important procedure to coodinate the operational rhythm of EAF and conticaster so as to realize the multiple-ladle continuous casting,and proposed an unproved matching mode,and suggested the way and measures to enhance CC level.
