Analysis and control for surface qualities of HCC round billets of grade 20

本文着重分析了衡阳钢管厂 20钢水平连铸管坯的表面质量及现场控制方法。实践证明,我厂现行拉坯工艺合理,连铸坯的表面缺陷较少,能替代轧制坯制管。

This paper analysed emphatically the surface qualities of HCC round billets of grade 20 made in Hengyang Steel Tube Plant and the control methods of it. It is concluded that the HCC process in our plant is reasonable and the surface defects of the round billets are less. So it can be an alternative to the rolling-billet to be made tubes
