由于引进的德马克小方坯连铸机的拉矫机的使用与维修甚为不便,经研究,在罗可普型拉矫机的启发下,本文提出了在小方坯连铸机中应充分重视铸坯自重在矫直中的作用,如能充分利用,拉矫机可得到明显简化,拉矫机内只需配置两个矫直力点。
