这是一种新型的连续浇铸铝镇静钢的工艺,用于生产0.070～0.187吋的热轧厚带。该工艺简单、操作容易、环境污染小,不需特别措施保护浇注而钢液不会氧化,铸机投资小,同其它工艺相比具有明显的优点。
This is a new process designed to cast aluminum killed carbon steel strip continuously whose thickness is optimal for producing hot rolled strip between 0.07 in. and 0.187 in. thick. This process is simple and non-exotic. The liquid steel is totally protected from air without delicate and tricky shrouds or tubes. The investment for the caster is low and it has significant operating advantages as compared with other processes.
