连铸主机辊群构成的铸坯通路的立体座标的高精度维持是评价连铸机状态的重要指标之一,本文从连铸工况条件下的辊破损机理分析了辊子长寿命的材质要素与辊子的更生技术。同时介绍了更生工艺中的消耗材料开发研制成果。

The accuracy of the alignment of continuous caster's roller group is one of the main specifications on the judgement of cast condition of the casters, and for a slab caster high accuracy maintenance is also very important. This paper described the destroying mechanism of rollers under continuous casting condition, analysed the property factors of long-life roller and discussed its regenerating technology. Moreover, in achievement on the development of the consuming material in regenerating process has been given out.
