摘要
根据痔的病理特点及其发展规律,研制了不同于微波理疗的微波凝固痔治疗仪及专用的微波针,并开展蛋白质凝固及大白兔活体实验。微波凝固深度易控制,凝固境界分明,损伤小,痛苦小,故安全性好;微波凝固组织并使周围血管栓塞,这正好针对痔的病理特点,术后残存痔组织少,效果好,愈合快,止血迅速,故有效性好。提出了安全有效的临床应用方案。
A new Microwave Tissue Coagulator for hemorrhoids and its technique was built on the basis of the pathogenic feature and developing regular of hemorrhiods. The protein coagulation experiment show the change of coagulated extent is small (0. 5-0. 8cm) coagulating at 30-70 watt, 3-7 seconds, and the safe parameter is 30-70 watt, 3-7 seconds. The coagulation experiment of anal mucosa and skin of rabbits proof the machanism of microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) is coagulated necrosis and infarct by surrounding circulatory disturbance. These machanism is just directed aganist the pathogenic feature and developing regular of hemorrhoids. The rabbits experiment demonstrate the hemostasis of MTC is fine and fast. The MTC hardly appear charring escharosis so that there is no injury ulcer after MTC and the necrosis is easy to heal. Some special microwave needles was made. Its length is consistent with the extent of injury so as to control the coagulated deepth easily. The MTC compare to laser reveal that the injury deepth is easy to control, the interface of injury is distinct, the injury to normal tissue is little and the pain of MTC is small. The MTC is more safe and effective.
