颅咽管瘤的CT诊断(附14例报告)

CT Diagnosis of Craniopharyngioma A Report of 14 Cases

本文分析了14例病理证实的颅咽管瘤CT表现。肿瘤位于鞍上者5例，跨鞍上与鞍内者9例。囊性者11例，呈边界清楚的低密度占位，环形、半环形强化或不强化；常伴有团块状或蛋壳样钙化。实性3例呈不规则形或弥漫增大形，混合密度或高密度，不均匀或岛状强化。并讨论了顿咽管瘤的起源和发生、临床表现及预后、CT表现的病理基础以及鞍区肿瘤的鉴别诊断。

CT features of 14 pathologically proved cases of craniopharyngioma were analyzed. Fivewere suprasellar in location, and 9 intrasellar －suprasellar. 11 cases of cystic type were well marginated andhypodense with rim －like or semi－rim enhancement (or even no enhancement ), and usually with massive orshell－like calcifications. solid 1esions (3cases ) showed irregular or extensive in contour, hyperdense or ofmixed density, heterogeneously enhanced (or showing islet －like enhancement within the solid component)Origin, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, pathological basis of CT signs and prognosis of the disease aswell as differential diagnosis of lesions of sellar region were discussed.
