A special expression of cerebral haemorrhage －dual density haematoma was studied in thispaper. Its CT appearance is a high density focus surrounded by egual or slight high density areas which looklike a new moon or semimoon shape. We also discussed the pathogenesis. differential diagnosis and clinicalsignificance in the paper.
