椎管内上皮样囊肿和皮样囊肿的MRI诊断(附16例报告)

MRI Diagnosis of the Intraspinal epidermoid and dermoid (Report of 16 cases)

笔者报告了16例经手术病理证实的椎管内上皮样囊肿（9例）和皮样囊肿（7例）的MRI表现。讨论了上皮样囊肿和皮样囊肿的MRI诊断和鉴别诊断。

This paper reported MRI appearances of 16 cases of the intraspinal epidermoid (9 cases)and dermooid (7 cases ) preven by surgery and pathological. The dingnosis and differential diagnosis of in-traspinal epidermoid and dermoid was discussed.
