Clinical and X-Ray Diagnosis of Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome

本文报告6例Peutz—Jeghers综合征的临床及胃肠造影表现。6例均累及小肠、结肠和胃，呈多发广泛性分布。1例恶变，1例并发直肠癌。讨论了本病的临床特点、诊断和鉴别诊断。

Clinical and X-Ray (Gastrointestinal contrast examination) findings of 6 cases PeutzJeghers syndrome were reported. Polyp are multiple involving small intestine, colon and stamach in whole cases. Polyp underwent malignant change in one case and was associated with rectum carcinoma in one case. Clinical features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis were discussed in this paper.
