摘要
为摸清鸡的血液中三碘甲腺原氨酸浓度的日变化规律,在常温、自然光照条件下,采用三种不同的采血方法和采血时间组合的方法进行试验,结果表明:除了试验二,在16时未出现高峰外,三个试验测得的鸡血浆中 T_3浓度日变化曲线均表现出三个明显的峰值,分别出现在午夜(0时或2时)、8时和16时,其中以午夜的峰值最高。
Three methods designed for taking plasma samples of roosters were used to determine the daily rhythm of tri—iodothyronine(T_3)in plasma of roosters.The result indicated that:there were three peaks of plasma concentration of T_3 during a day,which occured in midnght,eight and sixteen o'clock.The peak in midnght is the highest.
