摘要
In the 42 years from 1950 to the end of 1992,China undertook 1378 foreign-assistance projects through.out 94 countries worldwide,sharing expertise in such areas as agriculture,water conservation,light industry,textiles,energy development,com-munications,cultural exchange,ed-ucation,public health facilities and other forms of aid.A total of 500,-000 Chinese have gone abroad un-der these programs.In addition,Chinese medical teams have extend-ed assistance to 38 different coun-tries.Today 4,300 Chinese special-ists still work overseas.
