不全固定法诱导兔膝关节骨关节炎
摘要
骨关节炎系关节软骨的一种退形性变,发展较为缓慢,一般由软骨的局部纤维变性发展至软骨全层蚀损。目前对这一变化过程的机制还不清楚,但力学与生化的改变被认为是软骨退形性变的两个重要因素。尽管目前骨关节炎的造模方式很多。
