摘要
用自身助熔剂法生长并获得了高质量、大尺寸（７×１０×３ｍｍ）、淡黄色的、片状的ＰｂＴｉＯ３铁电体单晶。
Single crystals of ferroelectric PbTiO3(lead titanate)were grown by the self fluxing method. Single crystals of high quality, large size (7×10×3mm), yellowish colour and thick plate form were obtained.
