摘要
提出一种可用于测量机械振动的激光迈克耳逊干涉仪,计算了用此干涉仪测得的信号的频谱,计算结果表明从频谱可推算出振动的频率和振幅。所以在测量机械振动的其他方法不适用的情况下,这可能成为一种有用的新方法。
A laser Michelson interferometer is proposed, with which mechanical vibrations can be measured. The spectrum of the signal measured by using the interferometer is calculated. The results of the calculation show that the frequency and the amplitude of vibration can be deduced from the spectrum. Therefore, this may be a useful new method in the case that other methods are not suited to measuring mechanical vibrations.
