摘要
Since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the Central Govern-ment of the People's Republic of China has followed a spe-cial policy of providing aid to enhance social and economic development of the region.In addition,materials and manpower have been pooled through-out the country to support the region.In the 41 years between 1952 and 1992,Tibet received allocations of over 13.98 billion yuan from the Cen-tral Govermnment(see Table 1).
