The harvest season for herds-men in northern Tibetan arrives in early winter.Their animals gain a great deal of weight while grazing on.lush grass during the summer and autumn.In winter,herdsmen butcher the animals for the best meat and,at the same time,prepare for the advent of the freezing win-ters.
