摘要
本文介绍了一种用可调角度双面镜产生相干光的干涉方法制做衍射光栅，所用仪器不多。
This paper presents the interference method Of coherent light produced by an angleadjustable double-faced mirror to make diffraction grating which does not require many components, and the light path is simple and it is easy to operate.
