Research and Strategy on the Reliability for the Operators in the Man-Machine System

本文从可靠性和人机工程学的观点出发,全面系统的分析了人机系统中人员可靠性问题.提出了人员可靠性中以人的行为为特征的人为差错表现形式,引起人为差错的诱发因素及减少人为差错提高人员可靠性的相应对策.

From the reliability and man-machine engineering standpoint,author sys temacically analyzes the problem on the reliability for the operators all-sidedly in the man-machine system,and presents the manifestation of the man-made error featured the human behavior to the reliability for the operators,the induced factor causing man-made error,and the corresponding strategy on reducing it to improve the reliability for the op- erators.
