The paper gives the supervision work for the high quality road construction. The system of supervision engineer must be put into practice for the freeway with inter- national loan,and the measures,such as engineering quality control,contract supervi- sion,progress control,investment control and so on,must be taken.It is the key of en- suring the project quality for freeway to conduct the supervision in accordance with the FIDIC clauses.
