摘要
涂层刀具是当今世界浒的刀具表层处理新工艺,氮化钛涂层尤为突出,它是用物理气相沉积方法在刀具的表层获得扩散界面的氮化钛陶瓷涂层,该涂层表面具有高硬度、耐磨、摩擦系数小的特点。近几年经我国—些厂家的应用,表现出明显的优点,取得很可观的经济效益。
This paper introduces the knowledge about coatingtool. Metal workingtools ion plated with titanium nitride are obtained by the method of the physical vapour disposition. There is the diffusion interface between film with substract. THe coat is high hardness and resistant wear. In recrnt years ,some factiry applicate this technology inour coutry and have obtained a great econmic effect.
