摘要
在不同施肥水平、成熟度、留叶数间组织九种组合,按正交法设计沙培与田间试验。烤烟成熟期中测定总氮、烟碱、果糖、蔗糖、水溶性总糖、果胶、淀粉、半纤维素及硝酸还原酶和淀粉酶同工酶的动态,以考查其物质代谢与品质形成的关系,为提高云烟香味选择优化栽培措施.研究表明最佳组合是完熟×施氮8g×留叶18片.
The experiment was designed orthogonally involving 3 factors: different quantity of fertilizer applied, maturity degree and number of leaves harvested with field trial and sandy culture. During ripening of the plant, the total nitrogen, nicotine fructose, sucrose, total water soluble sugar, starch, semicellulose and dynamics of ni-trate reductase and amylase isoenzyme were measured for the assessment of relations between the substances metabolism and the quality formation, and selecting optimal cultural practies to increase aroma of Yunnan tobacco, research shows that the optimal compostion is fully matured leaf × apply 8g of Nitrogen × left 17 leave to be harvested.
