This paper presents a software system,designed according to demands and characteristics of object-oriented programming,that manages object-oriented software components for reuse.The system consists of libraries in which programs on hand are stored as object-oriented components, their management system, and a set of user tools. The components in the library can be easily searched, understood and reused when new programs are developed.
