Longchang Industry Co.,,Ltd.of petroleum pipeline is one.of the standardized largeshare-system enterprises earliest organized and es-talblished in the onshore petroleum trade in China.It is the first to breakthrough the usual practice of drawing a dividend in each fiscal year.It implement-ed to draw dividend semi-annually in March of this year,and every shareholder received a payback of 10%.In the late year,16 enterprises were estab-lished through the modes of whole-funded,joint-funded and shared-in at home and abroad,among them there being four China-Foreign jointly funded enterprises attracting foreign funds of 3 million US dollars,and eight enterprises with high and new technologies were set up in Langfang Development Zone so that the Longchang Industry Park was founded.Some enterprises have been successively put into operation,and have attained obvious eco-nomic benefit.
