摘要
适当的碱变性处理工艺可使洋麻纱比普通洋麻纱全伸长弹性增加6.8倍;伸长率增加5倍;强力稍有下降.用变性洋麻纱制作的针刺胶背地毯在人体压重三小时释重后其毛丛高度仍可100%回复.碱变性造成的纤维卷曲是上述性能变化的根本原因.
The alkali treatment of jute yarn enhances yarn's elongation percentage to 5 times and it's elastic extension to 6.8times, decreaces it's strengtll a little. The knitting carpet which is made of alkali treated jute yarn has good recovery after body weight pressure. The crimp on jute fiber by the action of alkali is investegated. The formation of crimp results in above available change.
