在大学生体检过程中，心肺检查项目最常见的异常现象是心动过速。其发生率约为３０～４０％，其中男生多于女生，男女之比大致为３～４：１。心动过速的原因绝大多数是由于紧张致交感神经功能亢进所引起。心电图上显示主要是窦性心动过速．其次为室上性心动过速．消除紧张和其他诱因可使心率降至正常范围。

In the corse of the physical examination of college students, tachycardia is one of the abnormal phenomena frequently found.The incidence is about 30-40%.Among them,it occurred more to boys than girls.and the proportion is about 3-4:1.The cause of tachycardia is cauesd mostly by panic-stricken or nerve cranical.That shown on the electrocardiagraph is mainly sinus tachycardia,and secondarily paroxysmal tachycardia,However,it can be turned into hormal by dispelling nervousness and other causes.
