摘要
新生儿肠旋转不良合并畸形发病率高，约占肠旋转不良患儿的20％(1,2)，且其合并畸形种类多，病情复杂，极易漏诊．本文报道近8年收治的24例先天性肠旋转不良合并畸形患儿，治愈20例，死亡4例．讨论对该病的发生及诊断中应注意的一些问题，强调术前认真检查、分析，术中仔细探查的重要性。
The morbidity of malrotation assciated with abnomalities is high. It can be assciated with variety of abnomallties, Delayed diagnosis was increased risk of mortility. From 1985 to 1993 laparotomy performed on 91 caeses, 24 were assciated with abnomalities. 4 cases was died. The purpose of this report is to review our experience with malrotation to inedtify the secondary oper ationincreased risk of mortlity
