本文报道73例新生儿低钙血症，血清钙水平＜1．5mmol／L者15例，～1．60mmol／L者20例，～1．75mmol／L者38例，最低1例为1．40mmol／L，文章就本病的发病因素，临床表现及预防进行了讨论。
