摘要
1989年12月至1990年11月我们收住86例新生儿化脓性脑膜炎，头孢氨噻肟治疗组55例治愈率87.3％，氨苄青霉素对照组31例仅58．1％（P＜0．001），前者治愈时间短于后者（P＜0.01）。结果提示头孢氨噻肟可作为新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的首选药物。
From Dec 1989 to Nor 1990, 86 patients with neonatal purulent meningitis were admitted..Among them, 55 cases treated with CTX gave a cure rate of 87. 3%,and 31 cases with Ampicillin gave a cure rate of 58. 1% (P<0.001). Cure time of the former was shorter than that of the latter(P<0.01). The results suggest that the effect of CTX is better than that of Ampicillin and CTX may be taken one's first choice in treating neonatal purulent meningitis
