力博消毒液杀菌作用研究

Study on the Bactericidal Efficacy of Disinfectant Li-Bo

力博消毒液是以三氯散DP300(Triclosan)为主要成分的复合高效无毒消毒液。试验结果表明,当0.7消毒液作用1～2分钟内可100杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、绿脓假单胞菌和白色念珠菌;作用10分钟杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞99.99%; 10分钟之内全部破坏乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)。消毒剂在室温存放5个月后杀菌试验结果表明,杀菌性能无改变。本产品经有关毒力试验表明,属实际无毒物质。LD50>5000mg/kg,对皮肤和粘膜无刺激。

Li-Bo contains mainly Triclosan alcohol and other Supplement. It was indicated in laboratory ex. periment that the solution of Li-Bo containing 0.7% with lees then 1-2min contact time could completely kill Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. A solution containing 0.7% with a 10 min contact could kill 99.99% of spore of Bacillus subtilis Var niger and 10 min contact could completely destroy HBsAg in serum. Its bactericidal efficacy no chang after storage for 5 month at room temperature, it was indicated in animal toxicological test that side effects was not found, and it is nb toxicant,LD50>5000mg/ kg no Irritation for skin and membrane.
