186例先天性唇腭裂医院感染的回顾性调查

Retrospective Study of the Nosocomial Infection in 186 Cases of Congenital Cleft Lip and Palate.

本文对186例先天性唇腭裂患儿医院感染情况进行了调查。其中有73例发生了医院感染,医院感染发病率为39.2%。感染以呼吸道为主。医院感染与患儿的畸形程度、血红蛋白含量及住院时间长短有关,与患儿的年龄无关。本资料对发生的原因进行了讨论。

NI in 186 cases with congenital cleft lip and palate were reported.NI developed during hospitalization period in 73 cases.Incidence of NI was 39.25%.The respiratory tract was first major site of the infection.It showed that the infection rate was related to the time length of the hospitalization,the level of hemoglobin and the deformity degree of the patients.No significent difference was found in relation to age of the patients.The causes of NI are also discussed.
