1992年度医院感染监测分析

The Analyses of Noscomial Infection Monitoring in 1992

对1992年住院病人进行了医院感染综合性监测,医院感染率6.65%;以肿瘤科、内科、外科感染率较高。感染部位以下呼吸道、五官、手术伤口、泌尿道常见。医院感染细菌以G^-菌多见,医院感染细菌主要仅对氟哌酸等少数几种抗生素敏感。在我院,滥用抗生素现象也较为严重。

Nosocomial infection has been watched for one year in our hospital,all the Patients who admitted add up to 11745.The infection rate is 6.65%.This infection mainly happens in department of tumour,department of medicine and depaurtment of surgery,The infected parts can often be seen on lower respiratory tract,surgical wound and urinary,tract and the prevalence of infection has something to do with season.The main bacteria is gramnegative bacteria,The main four bacteria in the hospital are senstive to few antibiotics.In our hospital,is is common to use the antibiotic freely,I suggest that the important factor mentioned above should be solve.
