摘要
对混粉电火花加工和普通电火花加工进行了对比试验。分析了工作液中粉末使极间电容减小、放电间隙变大的原因,并从这个角度解释了混粉电火花加工可以改善工件表面质量的机理。
Comparative experiments between powder-mixed electrical discharge machining (EDM) and conventional EDM are carried out. The reasons why the intereletrode capacitance is decreased and the discharge gap is increased due to the powder in working fluid are analyzed. The mechanism of what the powder-mixed EDM can improve the surface quality of work-piece is explained at this point.
