染料激光虹膜切除及眼底光凝46例报告

The report of 46 cases treated by dye laser iridectomy and fundus photocoagulation

使用染料激光对46例52只眼进行激光治疗，疗效满意。52只眼中37只眼进行虹膜切除术，36只眼获得成功。其余15只眼进行视网膜光凝，14只眼治疗有效。对激光技术、治疗部位及并发症进行了讨论。

52 eyes of 46 cases were treated by dye laser and good results were obtained. Among the 52 eyes, 37 eyes were treated by dye laser iridectomy and 36 eyes were successful. The other 15 eyes were treated by dye laser photocoagulation on ratina and 14 eyes were effective. The laser technique,treated regions and complications in the procedure were discussed.
