年轻红细胞单采实施方法研究

The study of the enforcement method of young red blood apheresis

利用CS3000血细胞分离机对20例献血员实施YRBC单采。结果显示：①献血员血球压积与YRBC溢出时血浆流率呈负相关（Y＝67．22－1．111，r＝－0．8069，P＜0．01），根据献血员Hct来选择血浆流率。可避免非年轻红细胞溢出。②CS3000血细胞分离机可用来获得高质量YRBC供临床应用。

Using CS3000 cell separator enforced young red blood cell(YRBC) apheresis was a negative relation between the packed cell volume(PCV) of the blood donors and the plasma flow rate when YRBC overflowed from the sparator chamber(Y=67. 22-1. 11x,r=-0. 8069, P＜0.01). This demonstrates that auording to PCV of the blood donors, the plasma flow rate can be estimated so as to avoid non-YRBC overflowing from separator chamber, and CS3000cell separator can be used in obtaining YRBC of high quality for clinical application.
