糖尿病合并冠心病患者Apo－B基因位点多态性的观察

Apolipoprotein B gene allelic polymorphism in Diabetie patients with coronary heart disease

本文研究了Ａｐｏ－Ｂ基因位点多态性与糖尿病合并冠心病患者之间的关系，应用ＰＣＲ技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定３０例糖尿病合并冠心病病人，２５例糖尿病病人和４４例正常人的基因型，示Ａｐｏ－Ｂ基因８０８ｂｐ等位基因组在糖尿病合并冠心病病人的基因频率比正常人显著增高。８０８ｂｐ等位基因与血浆高含Ａｐｏ－Ｂ的脂蛋白水平有显著相关。

Previous studies suggested that some apolipoprotein B (Apo-B) locus alleles are associated with coronary heart disease(CHD).We examined the possible association of the Apo-B gene polymorphism in diabetes mellitus (DM) with CHD. Using the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and polyacrylanide gel electrophoresis,the genotypes were determined in 30 cases of DM with CHD,25 cases of DM without CHD, 33 cases of CHD without diabetes and in 44 cases of healthy subjects,the Apo-B 808bp alleles appeared much more frequent in diabetics with CHD than in the healthy.There was significant association between the 808bp alleles and high serum Apo-B levels.
