山萸肉对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 用相当于生药100mg和1000mg/kg·d的山萸肉水提取液,连续小鼠灌胃6天,观察其对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响,结果发现山萸肉1000mg/kg小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率为55.82%、吞噬指数为1.20,脾指数38.41,与对照组比较分别增加了20.3%、29.0%和14.1%(P<0.01);山萸肉100mg/kg巨噬细胞的吞噬率为51.18%、吞噬指数1.10,脾指数35.63,与对照组比较分别增加了10.3%、18.3%和5.9%(P<0.05)。表明山萸肉对正常小鼠的免疫功能具有增强作用。 Perfusing the stomachs of mice with cormus officinalis water extractive fluid that was equal to the doses of 100mg and 1 000mg/kg. d of the crude drugs for 6 days continuously, and oberving the effect on the immunologic function of the mice, in the result, it was found that the phagocytic rato of peritoneal macrophages of the mice perfused with 1 000mg/kg of cornus officinalis was 55. 82%, the phagocytic index was 1. 20, the splenic index was 3 8. 4 1, and increased by 20. 3%, 29. 0%and 14. 1% (P < 0. 01 ) respectively over the control sroupl the phagocytic rate of peritoneal macrophagds of the mice perfused with 1 00 mg / kg of cornus officinalis was 5 1. 1 8 %, the phagocytic index was 1. 10, the splenic index was 3 5. 6 5, and increased by 1 0. 3 %, 18. 3%and 5. 9% (P<0. 05) respectively over the control group. The results show that the cornus offcinalis is able to enhance the immunologic function of the normal mice.
