小型猪和恒河猴颞下颌关节及下颌骨的血流 被引量:1

摘要 本研究利用放射性同位素骨三相显像技术测定并比较了18头中国实验用小型猪和20只恒河猴颈下颌关节区的血流,结果发现,与下颌骨不同部位相比,两种动物均显示颞下颔关节区血流相时间──放射性强度曲线峰值最高,血流到达时间最短,血地相和延迟相均显示两侧颞下颌关节区放射性强度对称,这提示颞下颌关节区具有丰富的血供而且两侧基本一致。 lood flow of the temporomandibular joint was evaluated in 18 miniature pigs and 20rhesus monkeys by using a“three-phase technique”of radionuclide skeletal imaging.We found that the values of the time-activity curve of blood flow imaging in the temporo-mandibular joint Were the highest of all parts of the mandible in the animals.Uptake ofTc-99m MDP in right and left temporomandibular joint were symmetric in the blood poolimage and the static image . The results suggest that there is abundant blood supply for thetemporomandibular joint,and that two side joints have identical blood flow .
