摘要
报告了２例曾长期波误诊的咽旁颞下区肿瘤和２例罕见的小儿肿瘤。ＣＴ对核区肿瘤的早期诊断和手术难度的评估有重要作用。对木中可能遇到的大出血和死腔消灭等问题作了讨论。
Abstract Two cases of
benign big tumors of the parapharyngo-infratemporal fossa,which showedearache,hard of hearing
and tinnitus and were misdiagnosed ear diseases for a long time,are reported.2 rare cases in
children are presented too. CT examination plays animportant role in diagnosis and evaluation of
the operation difficulties.The operationcomplications such as massive hemorrhage,filling of the
dead space and keeping of disob-struction of the respiratory tract are discussed.
