Thiry-three patients with neck cystic hygromas were operated. The problems about histogenesis, clinical features and surgical procedures were discussed. The authors discussed the view on the part of the age, anaestheisa, surgical method, the relation of the tumor and adjunctive anatomical structure, treatment of deep tumor, hemorrhage and keeping respiratory tract unimpeded. The concrete solved methods were conceined.
