白细胞介素－2受体（IL－2R）表达的检测在异体骨抗原性研究中的应用

APPLICATION OF EXAMINATION INTERLEUKIN-2 RECEPTOR IN THE ANTIGENIGITY STUDY OF ALLOGENIC BONE

本文采用抗小鼠ＩＬ－２受体的单克隆抗体（抗ＩＬ－２ＲＭｃＡｂ），应用敏感的活细胞免疫荧光染色法、检测了小鼠在接受新鲜同基因骨移植、新鲜异基因骨移植及经深冷冻处理的异基因骨移植后，体内淋巴细胞中ＩＬ－２Ｒ阳性细胞率明显上升，并在术后第３０天达到高峰。而接受新鲜同基因骨移植及经一周深低温度冷冻处理的异基因骨移植组则无这种变化。实验结果表明：ＩＬ－２Ｒ阳性细胞的检测，可以用作评价宿主在接受异体骨移植以后机体的免疫排斥反应的状态。

The interleukin-2 momolonal antibedy 2nd a sensitive method of im-munology were used to test the exprcssion of mice IL-2 positive cells of lymphocyte inhost after transplantation of fresh isogenic bone(FIB),fresh allogenic bone(FAB),deep-frozen iscgenic bone(DFIB)ard deep-frozen allogenic bone(DFAB).The result in dicatedthat the number of IL-2R positive cells in host increased remarkablly and reached itshighest level in 30 days after the transplantation of FAB. Such reaction was not happenedin the host who received FIB ard DFAB,It is concluded that the examination of IL-2Rpositive cell can be chosen to evaluate the condition of immunologic rejection of thebody after receiving transplantation of allogenic bone.
