唾液腺肿瘤中neu基因表达分析

ANALYSIS OF neu GENE EXPKESSION IN SALIVARY GLAND TUMORS

ｎｅｕ基因是从鼠神经胶质母细胞瘤中纯化的，相当于人的Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因。ｎｅｕ基因的扩增与表达和乳腺及消化道肿瘤的恶性程度和预后有关。本文利用免疫组化方法观察了５２例８种唾液腺肿瘤中ｎｅｕ基因产物的表达与分布。结果发现，腺淋巴瘤、多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、乳头状囊腺癌、腺癌中表达较高，而基底细胞腺瘤、腺样囊性癌则表达较低。从阳性部位看，细胞膜阳性病例中，恶性肿瘤占６７％；细胞浆阳性病例中，恶性肿瘤占３２％。因此，唾液腺肿瘤中，ｎｅｕ基因的表达在恶性肿瘤中以细胞膜阳性为主，在良性肿瘤中以细胞浆阳性为主。

The amplication and expression of neu gene were associated with the ma-lignancy and prognosis of some tumors such as breast carcinoma。 In this study, the expre- ssion of neu gene in 52 cases of salivary gland tumors including 8 kinds of types was analyzedusing immunohistochemistiy. The results showed that, tumors such as adenolopophoma,pleomorphic adenoma, and mucoepidermoid carcinoma had high expression,while basalcell adenoma and adenoid Cystic carcinoma had low expression。 In the case of the positiveiocation in tumor cells, it was found that, 67%of tumors in which positive staining ofcellular tumors with membrane was observed were maliguant, while only 32%of cytopla-smic staining were malignant. It indicated that,the expression of neu gene was relatedto the malignancy of tumors。
