摘要
本文对西宁地区(海拔2260m)39孕周~≥42孕周分娩的胎盘绒毛滋养层基底膜平均厚度进行休视学计量,并与平原南京地区胎盘绒毛作比较,结果发现,西宁地区胎盘绒毛滋养层基底膜在40孕周时显著增厚(P<0.05),说明胎盘已发生老化;一原组滋养层基底膜在≥42孕周时才明显增厚。提示:西宁地区胎盘比平原胎盘提前发生老化,可能与高原地区低氧环境有关。
The mean thickness of trophoblastic basement membrane
of placenta villus in 39~≥42thgestational week in Xining was
measured by stereology,and was compared this with Nanjing. Theresults
suggested that the thickness of trophoblastic basement membrane of
placenta villus in40th gestational week increased
significantly(P<0.05)at high altitude group.It was showed ag- ing in
placenta. But the thickness in control group incressed only in 42th
gestational week,so theplacents in high altitude has aging ahead of
time other than in sea level.It could be associatedwith hypoxia at
high altitude.
