公差原则的应用及经济效果

APPLICATION OF PRINCIPLES OF TOLERANCE AND ITS ECONOMIC RESULTS

本文阐述了公差的独立原则、最大实体原则在机械制造中的应用,也探讨了目前尚未纳入国家标准的最小实体原则“反补偿”的应用问题以及公差体系中的问题。正确选用公差原则,可保证产品质量,提高产品合格率,获得良好的技术经济效果。

In this thesis,the application of the principle of independence of tolerance and the principle of maximum entity in machine building are elaborated. In addition,the paper also makes an inquiry into the application of 'counter-compensation'according to the principle of minimum entity,which hasn' t yet been adpoted by the national standard,and other peoblems concerning the tolerance system. Proper selection and application of principles of tolerance plays an important part in ensuring the quality of products; increasing the rate of qualifed products and obtaining better technical and economical results.
