摘要
本文通过一个微机控制系统的介绍,阐述了智能化温度测控系统的研制方法。该控制系统的主要特点是;硬件方面,输入端采用GBS型信号隔离变送单元,它选用国外先进的变送集成块,运用高速光电隔离,输出端采用具有光电隔离的固态继电器。软件方面,采用了给定值自动设定,教字PID调节算法和PID调节参数的自动寻优,四点中心差分法数字滤波以及控制固态继电器的通断率等措施,成功地解决了温度控制系统响应速度慢的问题。
This thesis ,through the introduction of a micro -computer control system, expounds the establishment and programing of an intellihent system to measure and control tempersture ,the main features of which are as follows: Hardware-At the in-put terminal are GBS signal isolation and tran sformation units with foreign-made advanced transformation integrall chips and high rate photoelectric isolation;while at the output end are soolid-state relays with photoelectric isolation. Software-The following techmiques are adopted: Automatic setting with given values ;digital PID regulation algorithm and PID regulation parameters to ensure automatic optimum seeking ;digital filter by means of four-point central difference method (and proper control of the ' off and on ratio of solid-state relays. As a result,the problem of rewponse being too slow, which existed in the temperature control system,has successfully been solved.
