雷公藤糖浆对人精子发生的影响

Efffect of Tripterygium Wilfordii Syrup on Human Spermatogenesis.

本研究检查和统计了121例雷公藤糖浆服用者的191份精液标本,对30例连续服药者精液进行自身对比检查观察,并对33例停药者进行了精液恢复情况检查和生殖功能可复性随访。结果显示:服药15日以上,精子活力(a+b)即明显减少;服药30～60日,精子浓度显著降低;该两项指标与服药前相比,差别均非常显著(P<0.01)。33例精子浓度减低至零或接近零者,停药3个月以上,精子浓度均见显著恢复增高;其中13例的妻子有孕育史,已分娩11名婴儿。

In the present study, 191 semen specimens from 121 men treated with Triptery-gium Wilfordii Syrup(TWS) were investigated. Among 30 users pretreatment semen analysis was performed as self control. Besides, users were fouowed afterd iscontinua-tion of treatment. The results were as follows: over 15 days after treatment of TWS, sperm motility was remarkably reduced; 30 to 60 days after treatment,sperm count was greatly reduced;these two indexes were significantly different from those observed before treatment (P<0. 01). After discontinuation recovery and increase of sperm count were found after 3 months among 33 users. The spoutes of users got pregnant and 11 babies were born.
