清栓酶对高粘滞血症患者血液流变学的影响

Influence of Qingshuanmei on Hemorheology of High Viscosity Syndrome(HVS)

本文报告应用清栓酶治疗高粘滞血症１８例（以复方丹参治疗作为对照），结果显示清栓酶疗效显著优于复方丹参。清栓酶组治疗前后，血液流变学指标（除红细胞电泳时间外）差异显著，Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）证实清栓酶有明显的去纤、解聚、降粘等作用，是治疗高粘滞血症的良药。

Eighteen cases of HVS were treated with Qingshuanmei(Danshen Co.therapy as control).The results showed that the curative offect of Qingshuanmei was better than that of Danshen Co.and that in the Qingshuanmei group after treatment every hemorheological index(p value,except RET)differed significanly from that before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).demonstrating that Qingshuanmei is a good drug for treation HVS with effects of decreasing fibrinogen,depolymerization and lowering viscosity etc.
