脂质过氧化增强加重狼疮性肾炎损害

Involvement of Increased Lipid Peroxidation in Glomerular Injury of Patients With Lupus Nephritis

摘要 为了解狼疮性肾炎(LN)病人脂质过氧化和抗氧化系统的状态,对30例LN病人血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、维生素E(VE)、总抗氧化能力(TAOP)以及尿液总SOD和MDA进行测定。结果发现:病人血清铜锌SOD活力、VE含量和TAOP明显低于正常水平(P值均小于0.001);LN活动者(17例)尿液MDA含量明显高于正常对照者和LN非活动者(P值均小于0.01),并与尿蛋白量呈正相关(r=0.7504,P<0.001)。提示LN病人机体的抗氧化能力较低下,肾脏的脂质过氧化增加与其肾小球损害有密切关系。 In order to investigate the lipid peroxidation and condition of antioxidative system in patients with lupus nephritis(LN),we determined malodialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD),vitamin E(VE)and total antioxidative power(TAOP)in the serum, and SOD and MDA in the urine of 30 patients with LN. It showed that the serum levels of SOD, VE and TAOP were lower significantly in these patients than that in normal controls(P< 0.001); the urine levels of MDA were higher significantly in patients with active LN(n=17)than in ones with inactive LN and normal controls(P<0.01),and the elevated urine MDA levels were correlated significantly with the increased proteinuria(r=0.7504,P<0.001)These results indicated that decreased antioxidative ability and increased lipid peroxidation had the relation to the glomerular injury of LN.
